Wired4Ex is a structured training and mentorship program. It’s meant for active healthcare managers who would like to transition to the level. The project officially opened doors in 2015 and has alumni from Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Somalia and other developing countries. Any international student from developed countries can also take the up wired4ex programs to familiarize with healthcare landscape in Africa.

Wired4Ex Program serves as a “vehicle” and roadmap to identify trainees/mentees priorities and designate roles, responsibilities, and criteria for meeting those priorities.
Purpose of Wired4EX Program
The purpose of this program is to mentor at least 4500 healthcare managers.
Provide skill-based courses through partnership established by the association.
Advertise and recruit trainers/mentors and trainees/mentees.
Award certificates and continuous development points (CPDs).
Live to expectation
To align training and mentoring as a lifelong learning tool for healthcare managers.
Getting people onboard
Onboarding, supporting mentees and mentors and/or new staff members in understanding the organization and Wired4EX partners.
Conduct boot camps and other events.
